I’ve been on the lookout for a restaurant with great steak. Bistecca has definitely delivered and is now my new favourite steak restaurant. Will definitely go again. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was amazing. Enjoyed every minute and every dish.

Great atmosphere pub that the vibe is good. Has a live band, food is served on the ground level for cocktails you have to go up to level 2 to order which is quite strange. Steak is good with reasonable portion, loved their calamari and beers.

I’ve returned here multiple times and without fail, I am blown away! Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had - the perfect balance of delicious food, incredible service and a laid back environment full of ambience and personality. Would recommend this to any meat eater out there as the finest Sydney has to offer!

I had the smashed avocado eggs benedict. tasty, but... just about cold & the extra bacon $6 (1 small rasher), was so overcooked. maybe next time I'll know better to request a warm meal & not so crunchy bacon.

I booked ahead a fortnight earlier and confirmed with the hotel a day before of my booking. We attended our booking and we were greeted by two ladies who informed us that our booking was on the top level. We went to the top level to be greeted by a man that had brown hair and he had told us that our booking was on ground level. We walked in on ground level however there is two levels that are considered as this. We asked him how many floors down because we just went up 3 and each bar staff told us to keep going up. He then replied “that’s a bit concerning” and laughed and didn’t want to help us. He was very rude with his attitude and did not want to help us. We then walked down 2 floors and asked the bar staff and they sat us at a table that was not set up for our booking. I will not be returning or mentioning them again. Do not go here.

Highly recommend this place. The steak melted in my mouth. It was one of the best steaks I’ve eaten. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The red wine was just top-notch. I can’t wait to get back. It’s very hard to get a booking so if you can get one on a Tuesday night, just take it and go.
