We are undergoing a horrible experience. At the time of billing, the connectivity of the billing desks went away. As a result, the amount was deducted at our end but Reliance billing desk did not get it. However these issues happen with UPI payments BUT THE THING IS that they have no process to get the payment credited back! What usually takes 30 minutes in a similar situation at a petrol pump for the payment to be auto-credited back has left us with no credit for more than 2 days! Their system is so weird that there is an entire process of moving files [yes, they call it files] and asking for favors from their seniors to credit back the amount that they are waiting for approvals - people still badmouth government banks but what about this place that has Jio bar code payment scanners all over the place but they cannot handle one transaction that got stuck at their end?

Third class services for Sim related. Waited for half an hour but no one is having the contact number of their staff. Third class behaviour. Zero Manpower. Rude people.
