I have been a member of this gym for over 9 YEARS. They should enforce a cero tolerance policy towards aggressive behavior. So far, I have had at least 3 unpleasant experiences of some people being aggressive to me. The last of it happened on the 28.12.2023, i.e., a guy aggressively demanded to use a machine I was using when there were other free machines.
This is definitely not an isolated event. There are multiple reports like this here within the reviews.
In all cases I have reported the incident to the staff, but I'm afraid they don't keep track of it to eventually ban the problematic people. Also, I have low expectations this issue will be resolved, all the reported issues on the reviews here are true, so, if they don't invest on fixing those basic issues, I don't believe they would invest in making the gym a safe place for training. So disappointing.
