2nd time here, still amazed by the team work.
First time we were here, we were shocked by the team. It's like watching a symphony, everyone works at the same pace. There's rhythm in all the staff's movement, a look, a gesture, make all the team move at exactly the same precise seconds.
But 2nd time, I didn't see that.
All the rhythms gone.
So the magical feelings disappeared!
But...
Love our 6 course menu & celebration menu.
The best is to pair with wines.
The Sommelier is knowledgeable & amazing, love every single wine they picked and pairs for us.
From greetings to saying goodbye, Restaurant Vermeer make sure they treat you like an old friend.
Can't believe this time, Chef Chris introduce his cusine himself, we feel very lucky.
