This matcha parfait did surprise me with its strong matcha flavour. I expected it to be sweet, creamy but didn't know it could taste so much like the ones I had in Japan! Of course the matcha flavour wasn't as delicate as in Japan, but there was indeed some aftertaste for the matcha. Combining with red bean and 白玉 this is the perfect matcha parfait to end a day.

Niagara Falls is one of the most beautiful places in Canada. The entire view is splendid. We joined a cruise tour that allowed us to closely watch the falls. It was truly an amazing experience. Everyone should go and give it a try if they have the time!

Although this 40 piece part tray was a little bit pricey ($71 with tax) Their fish was really fresh and large. I like their crispy avocado shrimp roll especially. Their maki rolls were huge...
