A great location and much needed store of this type at the start of Oxford Road in Reading Town Centre.

As in line with the Iceland’s policy and standards the facility is first class with the customer first in mind. The product is of great variety and there are scores of bargains at discounted prices.

There are two car parks in the vicinity- Chatham St Car park and The Mall Car Park. However, there’s a drop off and pick up points just outside the stores.

A very convenient store for local and Turkish groceries, fruits, vegetables and fresh meats. The only problem is parking in that part of Oxford Road is very difficult.

There’s no staffs on the floor to assist but the staffs on the till and at the meats counters are very polite, helpful and efficient. If you want an atmosphere of little Istanbul this is the place to visit!

This is a great place for variety of food including breads, frozen food and fresh fruits. There’s always a small quantity of ciabatta bread available and goes very fast. The fruit counter is a bit smaller with less variety.

At most of the busier times the small number of tills get very crowded and sometimes it’s frustrating to check out faster. Definite a room for improvement there.

Now that this supermarket is fully functioning it’s a great convenient shopping out in the locality. The interior is immaculately clean and great choice available on the shelves.
The car park is a bit small and quite a struggle to park during busy hours but can always use the parking spaces in front of Costa Coffee.

A perfect place to shop that has real bargains. Prices of some of the articles, especially in the toiletries and medicine sections, are far below the market price for the big names manufacturers.

There’s plenty of parking outside. At rush time only two tills were open! That caused a plenty of delay.
