It’s near Acropolis. There are hundreds of shops selling everything you can think of. Bargaining is very common. Also a lot of restaurants nearby like Hard Rock Cafe and Vegan Nation.
Worth visiting…

We were lucky to visit this beautiful Church thanks to our river cruise stopover at Novi Sad. It was originally built in 1719. After going through reconstruction many times it was finally built in 1893. It is located right in the middle of town at Liberty Square. Its roof is so tall that it can be seen from distance. It's a Roman Catholic parish church and biggest in Novi Sad. Its neo-gothic arches are worth seeing. The stained glasses depicting saints are very beautiful. The ambience inside is very calm and peaceful.

This beautiful small restaurant is located in the the heart of town. We came here for lunch. We started with a glass of Sauvignon white wine. For main course we had Veg Diwani Hundi, Dal Fry with Parathas. The food was very delicious. The decor was simple but elegent. The service was great thanks to our server Shubham who was very polite and friendly.

The building is an excellent piece of architecture. It is located at Dam Square. The interior of the building is also very good. As far as shopping is concerned this is not the place. There were very few shops open notably Armani and Swarovski. At least 50% of shops were lying vacant.

It is located since 1664. The great poet Hanibal Lucic's daughter in law Julija willed this place to Benedictines in 1591. There are many things displayed. The nuns have been making laces of agave threads since 19th century which is mentioned in UNESCO's List Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage Of Humanity. The laces are very famous and available for sale but they are expensive.
