I already had a ring and needed a box for it, they gave me a nice box for free! Also very nice and friendly staff and speak english as well. Highly recommended :)
I do not speak good German and I had a problem with a order I had made. When I went in the store the woman was very kind to help and her service was great.
Also when i picked up the order they asked if it was for a gift and they even helped with a very nice gift decoration.
