FRAUD SITE.
They took one month after taking up my order and money to inform that the item is out of stock. It's it's been almost 2 months now I have been asking for refund but other than an automated response there is no money I have received just fake timelines and sometimes even go without replies for a week

The bill desk staff is rude. For billing he kept on insisting on sharing my contact number. I denied so he said it is compulsory to share contact number in case you want to exchange the items. If you don't give the number you won't be eligible for return or exchange. This is ridiculous and such brands cannot force customer to share the personal details.

Cashiers are deliberately slow and unfriendly. It's unpleasant to deal with them. They are so not bothered, it's irritating.

This is a very good place to buy shoes because of their varieties and i would personally recommend to buy loafers from here but its little too expensive and the quality and the look is amazing the staffs here are really humble especially SHORAB LAL SHAIKH is really good at sales he gave me the perfect shoes with the correct size

I got a lovely pair of sandals which was reasonably priced and very comfortable from the brand Pepper. The staff were helpful and I would not expect them to wait on me after 9pm like one review complained about..They showed me several sandals and were very patient. There was a wide selection for both men and women. I didn’t hesitate to go straight there when I needed a pair for my wedding as this is a well established shop. I was not disappointed at all but very satisfied that day. Thank you, I look forward to buying more footwear there.

Pathetic staff at the time of taking membership,they promise to give extra discount on every purchase.but on purchase they say u will get discount on birthday month.In birthday month ,they ur membership expired.total fraud

Wort customer care ever encountered. They abuse on call when you raise an issue. Highly unprofessional. How dare you abuse a customer when you are there for an assistance.

Had purchased timex watches in the month of September within a month strap got faded approached lifestyle stores they said you shall get call from timex. Till date not received the call. Complain raised on December 27 2023. Very bad service ,you have not mentioned stores number also how to contact.

Multiple brands under one roof. Staff are ready to listen and help. Didnt see much rush at checkout. All kids mens and womens wear available. Kids may love Disney section for clothing

Worst experience. Product quality was bad and when requested exchange and refund they gave option of credit note and after chasing them every day since last 20 days got credit not which is less than the product amount. I only have to ship the product back. How can you say that you are not able to find any details with my name . Check you order #845522.. also in the name of exchange product you delivered totally different product . Are you really serious with your business. Already email thread is going on with this issue with your support team

Super Supportive staff and amazing collection of choices.Recently i Had Some Issues with My Shoes Which i bought 1 year ago i told them to fix it if possible,they did it without any hesitation. SpeciallY The Manager Was So Professional With Handling Things.

I want to put update on my previous review.Even though I had issues with my order but now they have replaced my footwear and send me nice footwear .Also for one more order since they dont have return policy but SSS send me credit money which I have used for another night wear dress which comes really nice.So overall I am satisfied with my purchase.I wish that SSS will improve their service even more and be the best in industry.

SSS does not deserve any star at all.But one is minimum hence I am giving.They have delivered really pathetic products.I ordered footwear those were like they are picked up from some garbage.I cant believe they ship me such product .While confirming my order I got a call and executive told me return and all is easy , we will take the responsibility of all charges , but reading all other reviews I dont think they will return and refund my money.Its really disappointing to cheat people like this.
