Arbitration is a total sham that is not low-cost and is completely arbitrary. My case was neither efficient or low cost and dragged on and on. Arbitrators favor companies and my experience was similar to everything written about the AAA. That Arbitrators are arbitrary, they don't need to follow the law and will favor corporations because they are repeat customers. I would not recommend them to anyone. Try to go to court as even if you have a strong case you are likely to not win much in Arbitration and grounds for appeal are extremely narrow. My lawyer advised Arbitration but he was inexperienced. Then surprise he was shocked at the verdict. Avoid at all costs.
