Had a consultation with Saffy for earwax removal. Would definitely recommend, she put me at ease and gave some great advice, she was honest with saying I didn't need the removal as i had minimul wax build up but the decision was mine. I did go ahead with the procedure anyway for my own peace of mind and the procedure itself was pain-free and I felt relief almost straight away.

Jonathan Cook is a Magician! I went to see him suffering with long-term lower back pain, which he was able to immediately diagnose. My pain eased after the 2nd treatment, and I am now pain-free. In addition, he identified my shoulder pain; provided useful advice regarding nutrition; and was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend RHC.

After years of suffering with migraines which effected my work and social life I decided to give chiropractic treatment a try and met mr Jenkins who instantly took my diagnosis seriously and worked over the next 6 months to rectify an issue I though I’d suffer with forever. I received treatment from Jonathan Cook for lower back pain and sciatica in both legs. After the first treatment I already felt relief in my lower back and the sciatica was also improving. I went in for another session and within 2 days after the soreness of receiving chiropractic treatment the sciatica and back pain were no more. On my third session while he was checking how my back was doing he could hear in my voice my sinuses weren’t clear and I have struggled with that for a long time. He made a few adjustments in my neck and used acupuncture and within minutes my sinuses were so much clearer. Could not recommend a better clinic to go to and the reception team are also very lovely.

I had been suffering from chronic pain in both of my hips and legs for many years and after extensive physiotherapy treatment from Alin they are now the best they have felt for a very long time and I can't thank him enough. I would highly recommend Alin and the Redland House Clinic. Having suffered from chronic back pain for 2 years, a series of P-DTR (Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex) sessions with Alin has removed my pain and allowed me to get back to normal with day-to-day tasks and in the gym.

I would recommend Dr Andy Jenkins he is professional and made me feel comfortable talking me through each step. I've had a couple of sessions with Andy and my back has never felt better. I had accuputure and adjustments to my neck and back, I went from regular pain to minimal in matter of weeks! Highly recommend!
