This hawker style restaurant can be confusing for foreginers. This is somewhat managed by those inside who sells mostly drinks, and shaved ice dessert... the two ladies who are making the char koay teow are very famous because the taste of the noodles are the authentic "charcoal"-ed aroma. Definitely very nice char koay teow.
Cash is king here, so better prepare cash

The service here is terrible not to mention the amount of time I had to wait for my food takes forever. I had to ask multiple times for my food but they just ignored me. I spent around an hour here waiting for my food whilst eating appetizers and drinks. The food itself though is amazing the Koay Teow is worth the fame it has. The atmosphere here is what you would expect when travel to Penang overall the thing holding back this place from a 5 is the bad service.

Savoured the delectable Char Kway Teow at this spot, prepared in a charcoal-fired wok, featuring two succulent shrimps, lap cheong (Chinese sausage), and an egg. Visited on a weekday around 4:40 pm, we enjoyed the dish without any wait. The stall closed promptly at 5 pm.

The Ais Kacang was a delightful treat, boasting smooth shaved ice.
