I've been with this surgery for 20 years, and it's a disgrace. The only good thing is Doctor Essa and the female pharmacist. The receptionists have no idea on patient care they are the rudest people I've ever encountered. They have no communication skills they should consider taking on roles where they don't communicate with the public, i.e., stacking shelves. If Doctor Essa wasn't there, I think it would have shut down. Disgusting

Truly awful experience every time. Go to another GP as this place cannot handle you. No apologies for their mistakes. Fail to understand that their patients are likely there because they are unwell and may not have all their cognitive functions working at 100%. Reception show no empathy and rather than apologising for their errors try and blame the patient . Doctors are rushed and don't take the time to review before you walk through their door. So you spend 5-10 mins explaining everything they can read infront of them

I had an appointment with Dr Essa and the pharmacist. I was pleases with the treatment I have received . Even after the treatment following week Dr Essa called to check if the prescribed medication worked and if I am feeling well.
