I recently visited The Burger Factory and opted for the vegan/vegetarian option, which featured a Beyond Burger patty. While I enjoy Beyond Burgers at home, this particular burger was quite greasy, making it less enjoyable.

At the counter, the staff member seemed extremely bored. When I asked if there were any other options for vegetarians, his response was rather indifferent. I understand that it might not be the most exciting job, but a bit of positive energy would have been appreciated.

Another disappointing aspect was the restroom; the men's toilet was absolutely filthy.

For a place named The Burger Factory, I expected a much tastier and more visually appealing burger, as well as more options for vegans/vegetarians. Unfortunately, the burger looked very ordinary, and the overall experience was not pleasant. I don't think I'll be coming back.

The food is just amazing 😍. Although the burgers are very very taste, the menu is only online accessible with qr code. For a 4 people order you should expect to wait at least 45-50 minutes. In the evening the place gets quite busy and loud. But overall the food and the experience was excellent.

Music a little loud and repetitive; no lyrics just beats. The Cheese My Soul burger is lovely; however I wouldn’t recommend the Deep Fried Mars Bars; too sickly sweet and would be better if served with ice cream to mellow out the chocolate. Fries are lovely too.

We entered the establishment around 8 pm on Wednesday. Full boarding, we ordered a burger to go, at the checkout they immediately warned us that the wait would be 30-40 minutes. The prices are a little high, but there are interesting offers, you can try them as an experiment. The burger turned out to be tasty, but they give out about 15 burgers at a time, so all visitors wait 40 minutes for their order. You need to place the order yourself, so don’t expect much interest from the waiters. Atmospheric place with unusual offers, but the service could use some work.
