Next to Andrew's AFB. $$ Daily to monthly Semitruck parking

I had a car parked there that was stolen. I was paying for a secured parking, but the gate is finally open 24h. Now, the owner doesn't want to take his responsability about the incident.

They don't have any insurance, so if anything happens to you stuff, the owner won't take his responsability and tell you to leave his property. I heard people saying they have been stolen in the past, but I never thought that would happen to me after 5 years.
