I have Phoned and phoned and phoned to speak to someone who has any authority, regarding one of their tenants.
I am always told that someone will call me back. I am yet to receive a call.
I am a home owner. Ive worked hard to get on the property ladder and up until now have loved living in my home.
I am now at constant logaheads with your tenant playing music at all hours, shouting and recently vandalising my property.
"Helping people get their independence" at the cost of everyone who has worked for theirs.
Depreciating the value of people homes.
This not acceptable and without contact from your management, I will be forced to take legal action.
