This is as close as you can get to a department store here, as possible! It's as convenient as it can get here! Although, you need to know your conversion, and knowledge of here, before you come! Kg instead of lbs, currency conversion, and, of course, language. Also, know that they have different types of foods that you may not be familiar with!
If you're looking for deals on groceries here is probably the best I've found. No need to join a club or credit card for discounts. Just make sure you read the sale sign closely and confirm you're getting the right product.
