Food is all good no comment on it but very bad customer service on phone and delivery always delayed too much no respect for that and same problem always last order delayed an hour and didn't received it

The guys at the cheese and Lebna and manaeash section were the awesome, there was specially one guy in the Manasseh section I think his name was Khalid , he worked very hard and fast , and super nice too ! Everything I tried was great , lebnah , lamabajun , cheese , .. was all excellent ! The only thing I seen that wasn’t that great is some of the food makers were touching money and then making food . If some

Excellent service excellent stuff. I was very well served at the local cheese section, by BACHAR and AHMAD. I was totally surprised that we could find these days such perfect and professional service. These 2 gentlemen are a real treasure for any business. The manager HANI is professional, welcoming and attentive to every single detail. Bottom line these guys were working as perfect as it could be.
Beautiful and modern mini market, which is in fact closer to a full supermarket. There’s a bakery, butcher, fruit and veggie area, juice bar, and more. It has nearly everything a household needs. Staff are so well trained like all Fakhanis. They are friendly, cheerful, and always asking how they can help. An enjoyable shopping experience overall.
