I visit today experience was very awfully staff nature was very polite they explain about sub how to customise and how to make spicy or non spicy. Sub is very delicious

We ordered two footlong peri peri chicken sandwiches. We ate one sandwich because we were too hungry But the bread was really stale when i gone back to the staff they started arguing and started telling me that it’s fresh but i am a regular Subway eater so i can tell whether that was fresh or not. When i ask them about refund they started telling me the story that the owner will deduct that amount from the Sandwich artist’s pay. Then i just left that Sub on the service counter and left the store.
I was really disappointed from the service I received today. Worst experience I ever had.
