Service with a Sneer: My Experience at The METRO.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. On multiple occasions, visitors' cars parked in designated visitor spots have been towed without any prior notification, seemingly in collusion with the management and the towing company. This feels like a scam to extort money from residents.

Additionally, the service from the property supervisor has been very unsatisfactory. The attitude displayed is unprofessional and unhelpful, further adding to my frustration. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair and respectful living environment.

Been living there for a year now. Built quality is good, walls are insulated pretty OK, but the ceiling is not. The location is superb in terms of everything. The management is good and very responsive.

Lost packages all the time and the super/management team just pretended to help. Very bad security.
