I have no idea, why the reviews about service so bad were, we've got a lot of attention, everything was nice & friendly!
Food - very delicious.
Kokosmilch soup is just incredible!
And duck in coconut-peanut sauce was also super nice!
For sure recommended!

Wir waren durch die eher schlechte Bewertung auf Google erst etwas abgeschreckt, haben es dann aber zum Glück trotzdem probiert: das Gemüse mit Erdnusssoße war lecker und die Pho Bo konnte selbst einen in Hanoi aufgewachsenen Vietnamesen überzeugen (er meinte, sie sei authentisch und hat ihn nicht enttäuscht).
Dazu muss erwähnt werden, dass die Suppe "northern style" ist, was eine klare Brühe und weniger Gemüseeinlage als im Süden üblich, bededeutet.

Auch der Service war schnell und sehr freundlich.

Wir würden wieder kommen 😊

We have come here for Pho Soup plenty of times. The soup is delicious! Fried duck as good as well.

Service is bad. Staff seem to hide behind the desk and avoid Customer interaction. We always have to proactively waive to attract their attention to order another drink or dessert. We observed that other guests face the same challenge.

Delivery is bad because part of the Order was missing. Calling the number leads to the MB. At least, Money was reimbursed.

Extremely errogant lady at cash counter. Did not had a good experience. My order was getting ready and she was speaking unnecessary words which was not pleasant.

Bubble tea was good.

The food was delicious, very good service, beautiful interior, very clean restaurant and the toilet also very clean.
