**UPDATE**
It's been 45 days since I vacated the property, they've said multiple times that my deposit check will be mailed back to me, I still haven't received it.
Don't live here. Bad landlords.

One of the better Manhattan buildings I've lived in. Workable gym in the basement, 2 elevators, secured mailroom with digital entry verification, laundry in the basement, accessible rooftop with patio furniture (this was a big selling point for me), granite countertops, ample storage space in the kitchen, I had 2 normal sized closets and a walk-in closet, stainless steel appliances :), large balcony, very walkable distance to the 125th St subway, and the 125th St metro north stop. East Harlem is improving!
I've never had major issues with management while I've been here.
