I was looking for an agent online to handle my France visa application. I tried doing it myself via TLS but it was just a nightmare to fill the form and to find any biometric slots. I stumbled upon Multi Travel Visas and was soon dealing with Sebastian and Andre. These guys have been so efficient, quick to respond to every email immediately and very knowledgeable. They were able to give me an appointment immediately. Since they are an agency, you would have to pay more than what you pay direct to tls but it was worth every pound! Before the appointment, I have to hand over my originals so they could check and see if all documents were correct, they made sure they had all the correct details from me required when filling my form and then all I had to do was wait for my biometrics which is in their office rather than tls which I am sure would be chaotic and long waiting times. On the day of the appointment, I went in stress free. The building is breathtaking and the offices inside were so beautiful. I was greeted by concierge and then Andre came to get me for my biometrics. Andre is so wonderful and made me feel comfortable from start to finish and it was just me and two other people there during out time slot, no rush. The biometrics process went smoothly and I was out within 30 mins. Andre escorted me out after that. My visa arrived within 6 working days. The whole process went stress free and I could not recommend them enough! I would definitely use multi travel visas again! :)
