One of the best ramen I've ever tried! Love this place!! I'm a private chef and I feel the difference! Real rich broth, real ramen!
Amazing place, amazing service, delicious food.
We went on Sunday evening, without a reservation and they gave us the best seats even when the place was full. Views are insane and the ramen was delicious, it's my second time here and will definitely repeat again.

Very small and cozy place where you can eat tasty Ramen with a view on the Dutch canals like nowhere else. Service was very friendly and engaged in friendly banter. If I visit Holland again in June I will visit again for sure.
The wait was 45 min for some really mid ramen. The chicken was like very not slow roasted and for its price the food could’ve been a lot better. Really wanted Asian food in Amsterdam. Could’ve been a lot worse but could’ve been a lot better.
When in Amsterdam, drop by Vatten Ramen and check their foamy Ramen 🍜 and their Wagyu Gyozas 🥟
Also, try to get a table near the window in the rear of the restaurant, as you will have a nice view over the canal.
Small detail, but I find it to be important for the experience: the playlist is cool 👌🏻

Delicious Japanese food! We had Karaage Don and Red Hot Ramen with Gyozas as Starter and everything tasted great! The atmosphere is wonderful. I would have loved to take all the beautiful paintings with us xD With a little luck you can get a seat with a view over the gracht behind the restaurant. Staff was really kind and helpful. We did the sake tasting in the end, which was so interesting and tasty! We would definitely come back :) Thank you!
It’s the best ramen in town, staff is friendly and the soups keep changing towards perfection every time. The Karaage (fried chicken) is a must try, actually all appetisers are. A weekly habit for sure.
