No phone number, can only contact them via email. I even showed up to the embassy in person as they are holding my passport, wouldn't even let me in. Their website is also useless. What an embarrassment of an embassy.

The staff was extremely friendly, and security was helpful with everything. I’m not sure where all the anger in the reviews is coming from. Even while I was there, a couple was yelling at the guards. 🤷🏻‍♂️ My only issue was with the telephone line, which didn’t work, so I ended up booking through the website.

I did have some issues with the payment fee, but the staff was incredibly patient and helped resolve the problem.

Overall, it was a great experience. They just need to fix their telephone service issues. 5/5

I can’t believe they aren’t assuming the responsibility from their “new” irrelevant policies for Mexican travelers. I called all day and I didn’t got a reply, then I wrote an email and all I got was an inefficient and poor response from some robot. I already booked my flight for march 12, hotel and some other activities. I can’t believe a country that’s known for being “open minded” and considered to have the best quality of live for their citizens has such a poor understanding of this situations, how could they deny a TRAVELLER the right to visit their country in which I’m spending money, just by judging where they come from?? I already had my eTa and other documents to travel legally,and now I have to pay an extra fee which is much more expensive (oh, and by the way, getting a new visa takes 40 days, and my trip is in 13 days). Right now I’m just expecting an appropriate reply.

This is the definition of useless. Tax payer dollars paying salaries to people who do not want to work. There's a phone number but you can't call, you will get told this number is not in service, everything is done by online appointments. You need help? Need some information? You are stuck in Mexico? Just too bad!

Professional and helpful, but be aware you need to book an appointment, I didn't see it on the passport page
