Arriving the shop w 2 eating tables.
Open at 8am, I arrive 8.30am.
Came for soto recommended n FB n ordered..After awhile was informed need another hour which means 9.30am😳
changed to laksa..again after awhile came n tell me NO ICE, LORRY HAVENT COME😳😑 food served abt to finish my husband asked for his coffee...the waitress came back telling they MISSED OUT THE ORDER🥺when they only left our table to serve...2 more tables came in with the same soto issue n had the same reaction...worst one of the customer changed to kaya butter bread later complained whrs the butter😅?? honestly every business have their difficulty to manage but this is totally not acceptable...u tell me 10-15mins or today no soto i can still accept ..but u open at 8am😑then y do advertisment when u dont cherish the business at all? the management is the root to having business🥴ur food how nice also no point
