We really had a good time at the tea house. The ambiance was so cozy that we ended up staying for 2 hours. It was my mother in law's birthday, and the staff was really incredible - they even brought out a free birthday cake for her! The food was amazing and the pricing was very reasonable. Located in Stanley Park you can enjoy walking around after your meal

I was overwhelmed when I entered the restaurant after walking in Stanley park. I was wearing sporty clothing but the restaurant is quite fancy, so everyone was dressed up and tables set with white tablecloths. I felt a bit nervous, but the host welcomed me quite friendly and swiftly sat me at the table talking about the origins of the restaurant. At first I thought I wouldn’t find something lightweight in the menu to go along with the green tea, but I was surprised with their Belgian Waffle with all sorts of fruit and authentic maple syrup. Overall, they might be a fancy restaurant with the view of the ocean, known for the wedding celebrations, but dont be overwhelmed to stop for the tea and waffle while walking around Stanley.
