Solace in the middle of the city. Kudos to BNHS to maintain this oasis or else would have been gulped by the hungry BMC and film city people!
Best place for guided walks and to get you child to get some fresh air. If you are lucky might encounter some deer, wild boars or even leopards.
There is a butterfly park as well. Best time to go is in monsoons.

Bombay Natural History Society is Like a Diamond in a Coal Mine.! BHNS is a huge jungle in the heart of Bombay. The main gate is through Borivali and the ticket fares are minimal. There are many scenes to here. The land is filled with wild animals especially monkeys, elephants and even lions.
