Bus KA 57 F 1812 - AIRPORT TO BTM, conductor asked me to leave the seat so he can sit.. next level customer service BMTC , never opting again

I left my bag in KIA9 BUS while switching bus at T2 terminal at Bangalore airport to KIA 14. After reaching Royal Meenakshi Mall I realised that I left one of my bags in other bus. The bag had expensive coats, blazers and jackets. All drivers and conductors of KIA 14 BUS helped me connect to BMTC folks and traced the bus in which my bag was left. They assured me that my bag is safe and coordinated very well to get it back to me. Ms Uma Devi BMTC id 10523 was the one who secured and returned to me at Majestic. She called me regularly till we met. I am really impressed by professionalism of all BMTC drivers and conductors who went out of the way to help customers. I don't know name of everyone who helped but do know bus number KA571841 from my ticket payment. Thank you BMTC staff.
