We tried to pay for parking with cash and card. The machine was not working. We left the car park. Our daughter tried to pay on our behalf and hour later and entered our car registration number. The machine said there was nothing to pay and she took a photo of the message. We received a fine of £100. We appealed explaining what had happened and the appeal was rejected. We are honest citizens being penalised because the car park payment machine would not work. To be treated like this is disgusting.
This fine takes up most of my old age pension.
Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to operate.

Id just like to show what absolute scum this company is. Hammering down with snow (all floor markings covered) blood pouring everywhere as going to A&E and I get a ticket for “not parking within bay” disgusting thieving company…
