We had heard about this place from friends so thought will give it a try. Frankly Dashanzi was disappointing. When we reached there was hardly anyone and by the time we left it was still strangely deserted. One of the most glaring issues was the lack of ambiance. It was just too bland, empty and lacked vibrancy and life.
Additionally, the music was too loud and monotonous, failing to engage attention or enhance the dining experience. Service was again a problem. One waiter (I think his name was Sagar) was good and helped us with suggestions but rest of them just behaved like robots. Maybe robots would do a better job. They were not attentive and uninterested. I asked one of the waitress for a knife and she went to get it but I never got it. I saw her serving food at another table. Finally I had to ask Sagar to get it. Food was brought to the table but not served until we asked for it or served it ourselves. Not only did it make us feel neglected, but it also reflected poorly on the restaurant’s overall professionalism. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent to our needs, which was incredibly disappointing.
Only good thing was the food. Full marks to the chef. All the preparations we had were superb and every bite was delightful. Must say that the chefs at Dashanzi are truly talented and passionate about their craft. Overall, the food preparations were a highlight of my dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some really yummy food.

Asian delicaies at its finest. JW Juhu and it's legacy lives on.
Great restaurant, and it’s clearly the “it” place to be; there were two movie stars there when I went, so that was a rare treat as well. The food was really nice; and got to try the award winning Indri whiskey - picking up a bottle or four of that one!
We had some cocktails during our stay at the hotel and it was a really great experience. The cocktails were perfects with high quality ingredients and lot of attention to the details. We had a great talk with the staff and the ambiance was on point !
Thank you for the kind attention for our anniversary, we will keep this evening in memories for a long time !
