This practice runs like we're still in the midst of the 2020 covid pandemic. Really needs investigating or closing down it's a disgrace.

How this "doctors" hasn't been shut down or investigated is beyond me. The worst ran, third-world like establishment I have ever experienced. Automated phone lines that don't work, outdated phone call booking system and not one member of staff with basic customer service or manners.

Getting a doctors appointment here is a lottery and down to sheer luck. Avoid it at all costs and go somewhere else - you're better off calling 111 or waiting 24 hours in A&E (that's how bad this place is).

If I could rate this joke of a doctors surgery 0 stars I would.

I went to this practice several weeks ago. The lady on reception was so helpful and lovely. Nothing was to much trouble. Short of offering a cup of tea she couldn’t do any more. I was then informed she had slipped on the ice on the way in to work that morning and she wasn’t feeling herself. I returned the next week and she had returned to normal. Surly& obnoxious. I give it one star as no stars was not an option
