Horrible customer service. No experience in management. I really wanted to buy a top, I been told that it's sold out. Ok cool. But when I ask about one on the window display I have been told it's not possible, this is the policy and this is an end of the conversation. Well I was shocked when I also been told that when it comes to window display there is no such a thing as customer service. Well I'm sure that someone was to lazy to go extra mile for the customer. I would at least check if there is any left online or maybe check in other store. But even by manager I was told no nothing we can do for you that's all.
Wow shocked that no one from that team was willing to help the customer. Why ZARA do you have people in store?
Very disappointed with this service.

The worst customer service ever. The store seams understaffed and everyone is stressed out and for a simple collection of your order you are bounced back and forth, because no one wants to take care of it and just forwards you to other colleagues. Once I finally pushed enough to get someone to bring my package the employee almost through it at my face and left without even saying anything. And this is not the first time my pick up experience is so negative in this location.

I had the terrible experience, I asked to exchange sizes for shorts and said after purchase they can't do anything. Worst shopping experience Ive ever had, with the most rudest condescending manager. Had all the tickets, and tags.
