I had a very good experience with Kingsley and especially Jody at Charlesglen Toyota. She explained every well about all services that I would need for my car and worked very fast and professional to help me pickup my car at a tiny time. Kingsley is a great product advisor who think of his client first. If I will buy another Toyota or Lexus in the future, I will definitely choose Charlesglen Toyota for another experience. I also will recommend them to my family members and friends.
We greatly enjoyed exploring our car options with May the product advisor. She was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to explain our options, offered feedback, and allowed us to think about our options. Highly recommend that you go and see May for your car needs!
