I love the atmosphere and the service is good. We got some macarrons however they were not so impressive. But it's always pleasure visiting Pera Palace.

Lovely atmosphere and we were super impressed by Ms. Rukiye’s great service-minded attitude! She took care of us very well☺️ We truly had a great time there and will absolutely revisit this place again!

It’s a lovely Art Nouveau style cafe located inside the Pera Palace. The charming vinatge interior takes you back in time.
Their desserts are exquisite and it’s no better place to have a tea or a coffee in the middle of the day.
The service was impeccable and the staff were very friendly welcoming.

Must add it on your things to do in Istanbul.

The vibes of the place are ok but not comparable with the main restaurant. Desserts are nothing to write home about though the selection is good. However, the reason for such a low ranking is the condition of silver tableware that was used to serve tea. The textile wrappers that are used to protect hot tea pot handle are super disgusting with some stains on them and fabric looks like they are there from the day the hotel was opened (vintage ha ha). Furthermore, silver tea pots and the strainers looked like they were not washed at all, they also lack polishing. One might think that these are small things but I strongly believe that this is absolutely inappropriate for the place that positions itself as premium coffee shop with a heritage.

All an all, super average desserts, dirty and sloppy tableware so we cannot recommend this place and will never come back ourselves.

A little corner of France in the heart of Istanbul, the intimate Patisserie de Pera, located at the Pera Palace Hotel. Elegantly decorated in Art Nouveau style, this place ticks alltheboxes for girly chic, pretty pink adorns most of the cafe, whilst cakes and pastries counter is filled with lovely looking treats - signature exquisite delights inspired by traditional French techniques. Pure indulgence 😋

Loved the cakes, loved the coffee. Not the best in Istanbul but most enjoyable. Very cosy interior. New York style lemon cheesecake was pretty good, as was the Paris Brest.
