The doctors assisting me so great . Even the nurses and other who work at the hospital are helpful and good to me.

Avoid driving your own car to this hospital, as the parking lot is very limited for such a large facility. We visit three times a week and have never found a parking spot, unless you are a doctor, nurse, or hospital employee. HMO representatives are extremely slow and take too much time to assist you. The service is disappointing, especially considering the high cost of the hospital.

Billing section is DISRESPECTFUL. Bad services for a hospital that must cater individuals' health essentials. Adds to the stress of the sick patient's relative. There are other hospitals which can provide better services at a lower price.

Parking was available for the 3 times I visited this June. It was convenient that there was a Cafe France coffee bar at the waiting area at Reception.

always been our first choice whenever something happens unnecessary to the fam. However, I just hope that they'll revive the kind of service sa emergency at ng mga nurses. The most recent experience we had was last May 2-4 and I commend the nurse who assisted my wife that time and was able to thank her personally -- yun nga lang di tlga lahat ganun. Please, let's take care of our great nurses.

**BAD SERVICE**
The customer service at this hospital is terrible. The staff at the front desk who answers the phone, lacks manners and compassion. It's important to remember that they are dealing with people and families who are going through tough times. They need to be trained again or replaced with someone who can provide better service.

I was surprised when i asked for my bill at about 7 pm since i am about to be discharged. The gave me the balanced but they REQUESTED that i should pay at that time 7pm for safe keeping!!! Imagine they were in a hurry to collect the amount even before i get the discount from my philhealth!! Of course i refused to pay until i get discount.
Another thing ..no dextrose anymore attached to needle on my hand. I requested that they remove the needle from my hand..but low and behold!! The nurse told me that i will have to wait until i settle my account. I was so upset i told them i am not running away and that i will pay my bills..it took about 30 minutes before they finally took it off
