The big problem in this beautiful store is that the customer does not have much respect ( 5/10 )
It should be regretted, it is embarrassing
It should be regretted for the head office in London. Long time and wait to receive the bag or package!!
I am sure that people have not received the necessary training. A smile, a good treatment, the customer is buying

She is a seller only because of her respectful behavior and smile

One of my favourite and also one of world best brand in the heart of Istanbul Airport.
Staff was really friendly and helpful. But store was really busy on my recent visit. I love their idea of lighting. It’s really eye catching and make it interesting to watch and stop everything.
Shop floor looks so clean and tidy.

I was waiting to buy a gift for my wife and myself at the airport. The female staff member refused to help and told me to wait. Then I approached two male staff members who were just chatting and didn’t want to assist me. I don’t have all day to wait for staff who pretend to be busy. This experience was very disappointing. I won’t be shopping at LV Istanbul again.
Very arrogant staff!
3 staff were totally free yet they all refused to answer our questions claiming that they were busy with other customers. Well! There were no customers they were talking to! We left the shop and the three of them were just standing and starring at travelers!!
