5 قبل از Flug GmbH

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve bought a tour to Mallorca for two persons from 16th till 26th of August 2020 through Invia (Czech aggregator of tours), travel agency was 5vorFlug GmbH, we should have our flight with Smartwings company. Booking reference is Z9LG8/5vF. Then on 16th of August while checking in on the flight 2 hours before departure, Smartwings associate told us that 5vorFlug hasn’t booked tickets for my girlfriend - the reservation was made only for 1 person (me)! So we had to buy tickets for her on our own immediately and we’ve fortunately bought the last ticket! Subsequently I’ve sent a complaint to Invia on 28th of August, which was then handed over to 5vorFlug by Invia on 31th of August. Today is 3th of October and I’ve not received neither any notification nor money from 5vorFlug. Awful experience. Would not recommend.
