This pharmacy is honestly very frustrating. I try to call their phone line to get help from a staff member and it never seems to be working correctly. The automated system works well enough thankfully, so I can typically get my medications refilled on time but it is a hassle trying to get anyone on the phone. Only reason it's three stars is because when I do get someone on the phone, they're usually very nice. The phone line itself needs a lot of work though.

This is an update to review that previously wrote. I spoke to the Director of the pharmacy and we cleared up the issue and everything is good.

One of the only competent pharmacies in Washington. They even answer their phone! So glad I found them. Never going to CVS again!!!

They process a huge volume of prescriptions here, and mine is always in stock and filled quickly. They always work with me on insurance issues. And they just remodeled. Highly recommend

Easy & efficient online service for medications.

Not the fastest service when you go in person to collect. Perpetually understaffed & not particularly friendly or courteous.

Efficient. Notify you when your RX is ready. Park at Whole Foods across the street for free if you shop while there! Convenient!
