It's 6 months since I played this course and went back today to see if things had improved... simple answer No ... most of the fairways on the front 9 were waterlogged.. the back 9 fairways were rough and full of weeds. I'm guessing as the club is trying to sell to a developer they are not spending any money on course maintenance.
