Two accidents happened with one cut leg, from a hook hanging out of a rack, it was almost invisible.
The second accident with one ankle almost broken due to other careless person who rolled a barbell behind me.
In both cases I didn’t get any support from the Trainers and Staff, they have no idea or don’t care about dealing with accidents and clients.
Their aid kit was useless and empty, I had to go to the pharmacy myself. Therefore I had to skip my regular training for a while but still paying full price.
