Runs out of stir fried noodles in peak hours in a crowded mall with no apology or discount. The fried chicken with lemon sauce tasted like it was fried in a oil that has been used to fry donut or bananas. Service is meh and it looks fancier on the outside than the inside. 0/10 do not recommend
Ordered their roast duck and stir-fry beef noodle. Roast duck portion more than enough for 2 pax, but i prefer no sauce added. The duck skin became soggy, while i like crispy one. Beef noodle so so, quite oily.
Had some high expectations as this is a popular joint in UK.
Of course with high expectation, it will come with higher disappointment.
Peking duck really far from what I expected. I didn't try the normal roast duck though. Skin was tough. The taste was acceptable though. It's not your traditional Peking duck with only skin.
The dim sum, I think can skip. Not worth the calories. Har kow was served at room temperature. Didn't even finish the Siew Mai.
The vegetable was great thought and that was it.
The shark fin was room temperature as well, taste was so so, perhaps I didn't order the superior broth, but the crab meat one. Don't expect really hot food here. Not sure why.

My review is a bit long so tldr: overall it was decent, just a few quality improvement points. 4 stars is where it belongs. Forgot to take pictures cuz I was hungry but if you’ve read my reviews I only speak facts.

The waiter took it to the back kitchen to heat it up. Manager first tried to explain that it could be cold because the chef had to wait for the pancakes to heat up. But I didn’t buy it, because the meat was cold, not warm.
She soon corrected herself and started apologizing and provided a few compensating solutions. At the end, I took a 10% discount on the item.

Back again. Duck was hard. BBQ pork also tough. Pork Dum Sum smelled stale. BBQ pork bun was ok. Pork in sweet sour dish was also hard. Disappointing.
