Train station in Rossio, where you catch the train to Sintra to see the Pena Palace, Quinta de Regaleira, Moorish Castle and more.
There are ticket machines otherwise the alternative is a manned kiosk. Person who served me was a bit abrupt but whatever. Train price was very cheap. 4 euros.
Journey only takes 45 mins and goes quite quickly.
Outside of Rossio train station looks very elaborate, its not obvious its a train station.
Best to arrive early if travelling as trains get packed up pretty quickly.

Very old machimes to buy tickets. You can olny buy 1 by 1. so if you want to buy with single card, its impossible. And buying tickets over the counter is cheaper.
