My first visit to the Portrait a couple months ago was amazing! The second, a private party, equally fulfilling! The third on our last trip to Milan was, at best, mediocre. The food/drinks and service were locked in an epic battle to establish which would win the race in mediocrity. The drinks... just pitiful. Thankfully, Milan has so many wonderful places with excellent service, food, and drinks and we'll be spending our time exploring those venues in the future. It was fun while it lasted.

Portrait Milano is a luxurious five-star hotel located in the heart of Milan, offering an exceptional blend of historical charm and contemporary elegance. Housed in one of Europe's oldest seminaries.

The on-site dining options are notable, particularly the BEEFBAR and 10_11 restaurant, which is praised for its creative Italian cuisine and vibrant atmosphere.

Only room for improvement would be the hotel’s service. I found the staff uncomfortable in their environment and not knowledgeable.
