Very rude salesperson working here and not trained well well. Should have lost around 600$ of their carelessness.

I went to T.P.O location for the first time today and I met with one of male employee near about at 4.00 pm on 4 October 2023. I purchased a black watch and asked him to help me with a red sweatshirt but the Large size was not available on display. He did not gave me any information about the sweatshirt that at what other location I can buy or any other option that how can I order online. He simply told me to wait and did not came back to help. I really wanted to buy that sweatshirt. This is the first time I am so disappointed with such a big brand. On other hand I went to Ralph Polo and they had such a amazing customer service.

I bought two outfits that were quite poorly-designed - one jumpsuit which doesn't have a side zipper and only an elasticised upper body that requires you to step into it and the elasticised part will just stretch pass your hips. Clearly impractical. Quality of the fabric was decent but nothing to wow over.
I didn't encounter any problems with orders and shipping. Shipping was completed in about one week? Order was probably processed within two days or so. Product descriptions are super scanty.
Probably won't shop there again cos it's not value for money.

Bought a few wallets. Was told price was 85 dollars. Paid for it. Didnt check the receipt right away but the guy ended up overcharging 15 dollars. Not a big deal. I went back they said they can't do anything because i signed a receipt with the overcharge price. Conn men these people. Didn't bother with them after that. Armani is cut off.
