We had a very different experience than many of the other reviewers below. Before I begin, I want to say the staff are great and they all really try hard, but English is not their first language, which made things challenging. Breakfast was a debacle… every day at least one order was incorrect. Random ingredients included in omelets, etc And every table around us had the same frustrations, where it became the pool chatter. Dinner menu is very very limited with only a few appetizers and a handful of entrees. Trying to get an entree adjusted (for example, no cream or no cheese) was met with a smile from the wait staff, but again, given language challenge, the request was always miscommunicated. Same karaoke singer every night with the exact same set list (If I never hear Lionel Richie again, it will be too soon). Beach nice but old fishing boats are the view. We’ve stayed at other top resorts on the island and had a much finer experience.
