In all honesty if you don't go in you're not missing much. A couple of stores call this place their home, usually don't last long due to the low traffic in there. There's a gym up there which may be a good option as you have a great view while working out. Also, on the top floor there's a halfway decent coffee shop with relatively bad service. It's a good choice if you are going out with a kid as theres a play center up there which you pay per hour while you drink your coffee....but it's usually the last choice for most as there's plenty of better options out there..
