For me it's the centre of Berlin. Trams, overland and underground all converge. Shopping everywhere. Places to eat even at half 4 in the morning. Station is clean and feels safe. If only British railways where run so efficiently.

I wish to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on January 13, 2023, at approximately 01:50 AM at Alexanderplatz hbf. My party and I found ourselves in need of restroom facilities, only to discover that they were closed for cleaning.

What compounded our inconvenience was the lack of assistance from the cleaning staff present. We attempted to communicate with the staff member, inquiring about alternative restroom options. Regrettably, the worker did not respond or offer any guidance, leaving us in a difficult and uncomfortable situation.

I understand the necessity of maintaining cleanliness in public facilities, but I believe it is equally important to assist patrons, especially during such closures. I kindly request that you review this incident with your staff and implement measures to ensure that visitors are provided with clear information and assistance, particularly when facilities are temporarily unavailable.

Your attention to improving customer service in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Charming station right in the city centre next to Berlin tower with great ambience. Lot of food and beer options around and shopping stores.
