one of the most beautiful and fairytale looking buildings i’ve seen in my life. definitely worth it to buy a postcard with this building:)
beautiful town hall which is now a museum. the astronomical clock at the east facade represent the Solar System with the "geocentric model" which is in accordance with the ancient experienced world and philosophical views of a pre-Copernician era.
Good time in wroslaw,lots of different type of restaurants in the square from pizza to italian food dont go on a bank holiday in poland everything shut apart from bars and restaurants.
My main interest in visiting this place was to see the inside of the town hall, which was very interesting to see complete with English language explanation of the evolution anf ornimentation of the building. The small exhibitions (kerosene lamps, German silesian porcelein, etc) were a bonus really, but still enjoyable.
This museum is really not worth it in my opinion. Half of the rooms are empty and there's only a few vases and lamps. The building is beautiful on the outside and on the inside too though. Don't recommend wasting your time and money visiting it.
Lovely architecture and a museum of local history. Fantastic glassworks and metal displays. A bit on the pricey side but a crucial tourist destination nonetheless.
