Freshest and tastiest fish I've eaten in years and not silly expensive. Great restaurant for families, groups and just anyone. Friendly attentive service and unlimited chips or Fries (for the North Americans). Right on the harbour front and the toilets are comedic and worth a visit if you are familiar with the morning Shipping Forecast. Love it thanks.

Oh my goodness. DO NOT miss Rockfish if you’re visiting Poole. Put simply it was the best meal I’ve had this year. 👌🏼

I visited on a Tuesday around 6:30pm. Although I hadn’t booked they were kindly able to cater for me. If you get chance though I’d definitely recommend booking so that you don’t miss out.

Tuesday night is bikers night 🏍️ in Poole. It was pretty lively (although also very respectful) outside with hundreds of bikers. Inside … you couldn’t tell.

I chose the Chargrilled Sea Bream 🐟 with Greek Island 🇬🇷 Salad. As my wife says “it’s a bit of me”. Really fresh tasting grilled Sea Bream on a bed of tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, onions and feta. A taste sensation! 🍅🫑🥒🧅🧀

I was served by Andy. He spent time talking to me, which as a solo diner is always appreciated. Fantastic service to back up the amazing food. 🙌🏼

Aside from chatting to the staff I did the solo diner thing and watched YouTube. Still trying to find the perfect home coffee machine(recommendations gratefully received). ☕️

If I’m in Poole again, I will 💯% be revisiting Rockfish. An absolute gem, found by searching Google reviews. Thanks to the Google community for sharing this little gem! 🩵

Love Rockfish! This is the third venue we've visited and they are brilliant everything. Great service, lovely location. Food quality is always superb

An impromptu lunch at Rockfish Poole Seafood Restaurant, walked in and seated straight away. Really friendly waiting staff and ‘special’ atmosphere. Despite us turning up a bit rough and ready it was evident that this lovely place is where people book and ‘dress up’ for. The food was extraordinary, all of the fresh catches were explained to us and written on the place mat for us to decide. We didn’t need it but another family sat close by were offered colouring crayons for their kids to draw on the placemats which was a nice touch. Absolutely delicious, prices reflected how well cooked and presented all of the food was. We are a family of four, we had a drink each and a main course each and was just over £100, not what we would usually pay for lunch, but we’re on holiday ;)

Had came here for lunch in the summer, although the place looks lovely and in a perfect position with sea views the staff didn’t serve us without us asking to be served. The food itself was lovely and fresh, although quite pricey for what we had. All in all would say a ok experience and would somewhat recommend for fish lovers if visiting the area.

The prawn cocktail starter was very good but I would have liked some bread with it. The scallop starter would be better if served with a sauce. We went for tacos and fritto misto, in hindsight I would have gone for fish of the day, which comes with a choice of sides.

Went here today and it was just amazing. Service was top drawer and the food was outstanding. Started with the king prawns and scallops, both beautiful and for mains had gurnard and monkfish, again superb. Felt clean, modern and is a very appealing place to dine. I would happily visit again and would recommend anyone reading this to also.
